By placing an order with Tingflower Atelier, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability. Because our florals are seasonal and designer's choice, specific varieties cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to substitute stems of equal or greater value based on what is currently growing and available.

Flower Club — Vase Returns

As a courtesy to all of our flower club members, please note that if a vase has not been returned prior to your next scheduled delivery, we may hold your bouquet until it is returned. We appreciate your help in keeping the love (and the vases!) going around.

Delivery

We currently deliver to the following zip codes: 19971 (Rehoboth Beach) and 19958 (Lewes). Orders outside of these areas are not eligible for delivery at this time. Delivery windows will be communicated at the time of your order.

Cancellations & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need to reschedule your delivery, we are happy to accommodate with at least 5 days' notice. Please reach out to us at tingfloweratelier@gmail.com to request a reschedule.

Workshops, Retreats & Events

Pricing and terms for workshops, retreats, and large floral events such as weddings may differ from standard orders. Specific terms will be outlined at the time of booking or inquiry.
